Top 5 Quarterback Rookie Cards to Buy in 2010

Collectors know that quarterbacks sell.  They also know that card collectors are always looking for the best football cards to buy to either turn a quick profit or to just add quality cards to their collection. This year there are a few QB’s that we think have a chance to have their rookie cards skyrocket in value. In the end it depends on the success of the team that they play for and avoiding injuries.

Peyton Manning rookie cards – Manning has a great set of receivers who are young and know to run after the catch.  Remember the Colts only lost 1 game in the regular season and ended up in the Super Bowl.  Peyton Manning cards are a great buy at their current prices.

Drew Brees rookie cards- Brees has quickly become a fan favorite.  He did not get the attention he deserved in previous years. The Saints have all the weapons they need to repeat and if their defense can hold up they have a chance to do so.

Aaron Rodgers rookie cards- Rodgers is another great young quarterback who has the offensive weapons to make a difference.  His offense is very explosive and they just have to be much more consistent.  We expect the Packers young defense to have a little more experience this year as well.

Brett Favre rookie cards-  The Vikings were not far from being in the Super Bowl.  To be very honest they should have beaten the Saints.  The Vikings have amazing offensive weapons as long as Favre and Percy Harvin can stay healthy.

Tom Brady rookie cards- Tom Brady cards have cooled down as the Patriots team seems be getting older and their defense begins to crumble.  We are not sure if the Patriots can return to form but if they do expect Tom Brady to be the reason why.

The second best place where to buy Legos is the toy store. There are many toy stores that carry the Lego toy. In fact, it’s not just the big toy stores that carry them, even small neighborhood hobby shops carry these wonderful toys. However, these hobby shops that sell Lego offer specific themed Legos such as Star Wars, Batman and Harry Potter, as they appeal to the toy collector rather than the kid who wants to play with them. However, if you just want the basic bricks so that you or your kid can play around with it, as mentioned earlier, toy stores are the second best place where to buy Legos.

Besides these two places, you can also get your Legos from just about any place that sells toys. You can find them in the toy section of a department store and there are even day care centers where you can purchase these toys.

Legos have captured the imagination of many generations passed and many other generations to come. So if you have a kid, introduce them to the magic of Legos. The Best Batman Comics Villains, Ever

We all know Bruce Wayne, but how well did you know the villains? Here’s a rundown of the best Batman comics villains that graced in the comics, TV shows and movies:

The Penguin – his real name is Oswald Cobblepot, made very famous because of the 1960s Batman TV show. He’s not crazy, not menacing, and isn’t much of a big threat. For a villain supposedly being a crime boss, the Penguin is just laughable.

Mad Hatter – He’s mad, just like most of Batman’s villains. He believes he is the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, and fell obsessively in love with a girl named Alice. He was totally cuckoo—and went to extravagant and murderous lengths to win the girl’s affections.

Herly Quinn – She was Joker’s psychologist but turned into a devoted groupie of the Joker. She was totally dependent on the Clown Prince of Crime, making her obsession deadly—but still pretty lovable.

Two Face – After half his face was defaced by acid, Atty. Harvey Dent’s personality was changed forever. He was more sympathetic than evil, but his obsession for justice was so great that they are more severe and violent than it should be.

Catwoman – when it comes to hotness and sexiness, the Catwoman is the best Batman comics villain on the list. Plus, she and Batman had a romantic past. Often, Catwoman is more good than bad, being an active animal rights activist. However, she just can’t surrender her old robbing and thievery ways.

Joker – There is no doubt about it, the best Batman Comics villain ever is the Joker. He has no real name or history, it depends on his current psychosis. He is mad, very mad, and is the exact opposite of Batman. He is irrational, unpredictable and just unforgettable, making him a timeless villain in comic book history.

When these villains first appear in a Batman comic that particular issue become very valuable.  The first appearance of almost any popular villain is worth owning or investing in.  Do to the increasing popularity of first appearance comic book additions many people have begun getting their comics graded.  Companies like CGC graded comics to a great job of encapsulating comics for preservation as well as grading them to enhance the value.
